The Titan

A brew stand for the Pearl, built to weigh beverage only.

Most pour-over and AeroPress workflows weigh the whole setup: scale, dripper, server, coffee. The Titan takes the dripper off the equation. It sits on your Pearl or Pearl Model S, carries the weight of the dripper and any downward pressure (including an AeroPress press), and lets the scale read only the beverage coming out the bottom.

That changes how you read a brew. Instead of tracking total weight, you track yield. You see exactly how much coffee lands in the server, which is the number that matters for brew ratio. For AeroPress in particular, the stand means you can press without putting that downward force on the load cells of the scale underneath.

The Titan is aluminum alloy, easy to assemble, and built to carry the weight without flexing. It's a small accessory that changes how the Pearl reads.

How the Titan fits a brew.

Set the Titan on your Pearl. Place your server or cup on the scale platform, under the stand. Set your dripper or AeroPress on top of the stand. Zero the scale.

Pour. The scale reads only what lands in the server, which is the number you actually care about for brew ratio. For AeroPress, press through the stand rather than directly onto the scale. The stand absorbs the force and keeps the load cells protected.
