We already have coffee. Why switch?

Most offices have coffee, but most offices don't have a coffee program. The cup your team is drinking right now was probably ground months ago and shipped in bulk by a vendor who picked it on price. We deliver the same simple format your team already knows, but each one is fresh-roasted in small batches by an independent specialty roaster, shipped within weeks of green coffee arriving from origin.

What's the contract look like?

Beans Only is fully flexible: monthly, 6-month, annual, or biennial, all the same price, with 30-day cancellation at any time. Beans + Machine has a 12-month minimum on the equipment portion because installing and removing a commercial machine has real cost. After the minimum, you can renew on any term. Coffee component still has 30-day cancellation any time, and the equipment buyout is written in at signing so the cost is never a surprise.

How does pricing work?

Every account is custom-quoted because every office is different on headcount, consumption, and equipment. The difference vs. incumbents: we turn quotes around within 24 to 48 hours, and we don't require a sales call before you see a number. Tell us about your office, we send a quote.

What if our team doesn't like the rotation?

You can stick with a single roaster anytime your team finds a favorite. Same price either way. Switch back to the rotation whenever you want.

What if the machine breaks?

Maintenance is bundled into your quote. We help with repairs and replacements. If something goes wrong, we'll handle the coordination and the equipment partner relationship so it's not your team's problem.

What's the difference between Coffee Day and Barista Day?

The Coffee Day is the free founder visit. One time, before you sign anything. Our founder brings four coffees and tastes through them with your team. The Barista Day is a paid recurring add-on for active accounts: a full working café in your office on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, or per-event cadence. Different products, different roles in the program.

Where do you deliver?

Bay Area for the founder-led Coffee Day visit. Shipping for the monthly program is broader. If you're outside the Bay Area, get in touch and we'll let you know what we can do.

Can we offer the program to employees at home?

Yes. The Employee Subscription Benefit add-on extends the same monthly roasters to your team's homes. The structure is custom: months pre-bought by the company, discount codes, or another arrangement we work out together. HR handles enrollment.
