The producer

Third-generation processing at Las Flores.

Las Flores is run by brothers Diego and Jhoan Vergara, the third generation of coffee producers in their family. The farm was established in 1990 by their parents, Edilberto Vergara and Nubia Ayure.

Jhoan is renowned for meticulous coffee processing and varietal cultivation. The Java here goes through a controlled 36 to 48 hour ferment, followed by a thermal shock and wash.

Stereoscope Coffee was founded in 2013 by a small team of baristas and Q-graders with one aim: make the highest-quality coffee easy to reach. They roast to show each coffee clearly.
