The Luxe Brewer Thermal is the same SCA Golden Cup certified machine as its glass sibling, built around the same idea: batch brewing should meet the same standards as hand brewing. The difference lives in the carafe.

A dual-wall stainless thermal carafe holds coffee above 150°F for up to four hours without a heater plate underneath it. That matters because a warmer left on too long will cook flavor out of the cup. The thermal version lets coffee sit comfortably for a long morning without degrading.

One-touch brewing handles everyday pours. Custom Brew lets you adjust bloom volume, bloom time, brew temperature, and flow rate to the coffee in front of you. The 60 oz removable tank handles a full 12-cup batch, and a programmable timer schedules a brew up to 24 hours in advance.

How it works

The Luxe Brewer heats water to your chosen temperature and meters it through a shower head that spreads evenly across the bed. A bloom phase wets the grounds first, giving CO2 time to release before extraction begins.

After the bloom, flow rate controls how quickly water passes through. A slower flow pulls out body and sweetness. A faster flow emphasizes clarity. You pick what works for the coffee.

Once the brew finishes, the thermal carafe takes over. No heater plate, no scorching, just hot coffee holding its flavor as long as you need it to.
