The Grind Control

Whole beans to brewed coffee, in one machine.

The Grind Control solves a specific problem. Freshly ground coffee tastes better than pre-ground, and batch brewing is the fastest way to get a full pot on the table. The two usually live in different machines. The Grind Control puts them in the same one.

An integrated grinder with stainless steel burrs sits on top. The machine grinds on demand, doses into the basket, and brews from there. You fill the hopper once and walk into a kitchen that smells like fresh coffee instead of machine.

Steep and Release technology adjusts for the container underneath. Brew into the 12-cup thermal carafe, a tall travel mug, or a single cup, and the machine holds water against the grounds accordingly.

Bean hopper on top, thermal carafe on the bottom. Fresh grind into a fresh pot, every time.

Adjustable grind settings let you tune for roast level and origin. A light roast from Ethiopia asks for different treatment than a dark roast from Sumatra, and the Grind Control lets you move that setting without rebuilding your morning.

How it works

Grind, brew, hold.

The grinder runs first, sized to the cup count and grind setting you pick. Beans drop from the hopper through the burrs and into the brew basket. Water heats while this happens.

The brew phase uses Steep and Release logic to pace water flow against the volume you're brewing. A full 12-cup batch gets different treatment than a single travel mug, and the machine adjusts without you needing to intervene.

Once the brew ends, coffee drops into a thermal carafe that holds heat on its own. No heater plate. No slow degradation over the morning.
