Aiden takes the mental load out of brewing great coffee. You don't need to watch the clock or second-guess your technique. Choose your coffee and Brew Profile, and the rest is handled so you can stay in the moment instead of managing the process.

The machine manages temperature, timing, and water flow throughout the brew to replicate the core principles of pour-over brewing automatically. This approach is officially backed by SCA Certification, meeting the Specialty Coffee Association's standards for brewed coffee quality. Those benchmarks include precise water temperature, optimal brewing time, and consistency within the SCA Golden Cup recommendations, based on decades of research from the Coffee Brewing Center.

Water temperature is controlled throughout the brew, adjusting at key moments to match each phase of extraction for clarity, balance, and sweetness in every cup. The brewing process uses a dedicated bloom followed by measured pulses to guide water flow through the coffee bed, preventing harshness and uneven extraction. An adjustable showerhead distributes water evenly across the bed, adapting coverage for single cups or full carafes.

A full-color LCD display guides you through menus, Brew Profiles, and each stage of the brew so you always know what's happening. You can combine temperature, timing, and water flow at the press of a button by choosing from built-in profiles organized by roast level, following roaster-recommended brews, or creating and saving your own custom profiles. A double-wall thermal carafe keeps coffee hot without scorching or compromising flavor.

The machine can be managed from the included app whether you're nearby or away. Schedule brews, manage Brew Profiles, receive notifications, and keep the machine up to date through iOS or Android. Brew Profiles from Fellow Drops coffees sync automatically. The Aiden works without the app, but Fellow recommends syncing for the latest features and firmware updates.

Aiden is built with food-grade BPA-free plastic, stainless steel, and silicone. The water tank lifts out for easy filling and cleaning at the sink. A no-drip filter basket stops dripping the moment it's removed. A silicone steam seal helps manage heat and moisture during brewing to protect nearby cabinets. Integrated cord storage keeps excess length tucked neatly out of sight.
